I have been a dedicated chef for over 20 years and have spent most of my career – teaching junior chefs to run a service and cook with passion, teaching waitstaff how to care for customers and teaching restaurant owners how to be successful. I have since retired from the daily grind to focus on my family and in that time have found that my community could use my services. Instead of having a large group come to a professional kitchen to learn to cook by watching me, I’ve decided to teach cooking in a more intimate setting; your own home. Learn one on one cooking techniques with an executive chef through patience and tutelage. Learn your favorite recipes or choose from my prepared courses.
